  2. These programs constitute a demonstration of Soviet commercial
  3. programming. The software was provided to BYTE by Vadim Kotov of
  4. the USSR Academy of Sciences in August, 1988.

  6. The software requires IBM-type hardware, with EGA for best
  7. performance. A few of the demos will run in monochrome, but the
  8. displays are very confusing without color. Other programs will
  9. not run at all without color.

  11. To run the full suite, download russian1.arc and russian2.arc.
  12.  
  13. To run the demo, simply type EXECME from the DOS prompt.
